Summer Info

• Wednesday Mini-Camps are at 6:30 for everyone.
• Weight room is open 8:00-10:00 am and 5:00-6:30 pm on week days.
• Weight room is not open on Friday afternoons.
• Camps are listed in the next Blog below.
• All practices start on August 10. Varsity and Soph at 8:00 am and Frosh at 8:30 am.

Register at the door on the first day of camp or send all information and check to Hempstead HS.
Checks should be made out to Hempstead Football.
